Noob question about Aspire

Post by goroberts »

I've been a forum member for five years, but was still working a pretty demanding day & night job during this time (like who doesn't?), but now retired. Looking forward to getting into CNC; I have a Millcraft Power Route (spindle and laser), all sorts of computers, and a lazy dog. What I don't have the is the Vectric software. I'm thinking of just going directly to Aspire to get the most bang for my buck so I can grow into the software and be in a position to do whatever strikes my fancy. The only uncertainty I have is between Aspire and Photovcarve. I very much would like to do lithophanes but I didn't know if the same functionality is in Aspire that is also found in Photovcarve. Do I need to purchase both packages or can I get away with just buying Aspire to do lithophanes?

You can create lithophanes with Aspire. No need for PhotoVcarve if you have Aspire.
