Cropping an Image

Post by Len-Tikular »

Is the a method of cropping an imported bit map image in 10.5
I want to create a Raster file of the image enclosed but without the Tab at the bottom.

Yes, use the Crop Bitmap tool. Last icon on the 3rd row under Edit Objects.

Thanks Adrian, I'll have another look for 'cropping' images.

However It looks very much like that I will now use other laser software, My Vectric 10.5 is ok on vectors with laser but as far as raster images is concerned it's a no no.
I have purchased all Vectrics packages and been using them foe almost 15 years. That's a lot of money and I can't help saying I'm disappointed in the Laser support for MACH4, Maybe development will catch up soon!!! Meanwhile it looks like other laser software seems to be the defaco standard.

Best regards.
