10.507 is missing

FYI I sent the below info to Vectric support.


I have 10.506 of Aspire on my computer.

It does not say there is a new version available in the upper right hand corner.

The release notes say 10.507 is available.

When I do a check for update it says I have the latest.

The Portal only has 10.505

Patch to version 10.507 is being prepared and release notes have been already updated, but they were published prematurely.
Since it is not ready yet, the software does not offer the update.

We have made 10.506 unavailable due to major issue - please see this thread: viewtopic.php?p=258662#p258662

I went to "Check for update:" and found 10.507. Installed and working right now,

I used the in program update to update to 10.507. It appeared to download, but then didn't execute. I checked, it did download the patch.

I went to the support page and manually downloaded the 10.507 file and ran it. Again, nothing happened. Anybody else have this problem?

Currently having the same problem as the OP. I'm only able to download the Aspire patch to v10.507. Can't find the original 10.507 using the Help Update, clicking on the message in the top right corner or by going directly to the website. Each time I'm offered the patch but not the original v10.507

I do use Malwarebytes but get the same results even after turning it off.

Not sure i understand what you are looking for 10.507 is a patch, it should update you from an existing version of 10.5 on your computer to 10.507. If you need the latest full version of your software for installing onto another PC or Laptop then you can download the full (latest version) from your portal account.

Ahh, thanks Martin. I thought the patch was to a separate 10.507 update not that running the patch would bring me from v10.504 to the latest v10.507. Hope that makes sense.

In any case I'm updated and all is well.
