Version 10.504 Cannot delete target file

I am trying to update aspire 10.5 but I keep getting the error "Cannot delete target file c\programfiles\aspire10.5\x64\aspire.exe"
I have checked this location and the file is there. Any hints?

Have you closed Aspire before updating? If you closed it and this still happens, then please check Task Manager, Details tab.
If Aspire.exe is there that means it is still running in the background.
