Altering a batch size of circles

Hi Gang!
Hope everyone is doing well, and looking after themselves and family in these trouble times.
Anyway I have a large drawing that has multiple layers. On one layer there is a large amount of 15mm circles, thing is they need to be adjusted to 15.3mm. So the question is, is there a quick way to do this. If I go into the tab for drawing circles and highlight a circle I can adjust one, but for therefore after it will only copy.
Just wondering if anyone had the answer.

Thanks for the feedback. It looks good and will do the job, but it seems like the gadget is only for V8.5 and on the portal there is an newer version to V9 .... Now it seems I am on V9.5. I know I will upgrade to V10, but I always hang back on upgrades as we have so much on file, and don't want to mess things up. Is there anyway to get this in V9.5 ?? Or V10 ??

You don't need a gadget. The offset tool will do the job.
Select all the circles you want to increase.
Click on the offset tool.
Pick outwards.
Put in half the amount you want to increase the circles by. If it is .3mm then use .15mm for example.
Choose Delete Original.
Click on Offset.

That should turn all 15mm circles selected in to 15.3mm circles.
