I am trying to cut convex and concave arches for a chair back. any suggestions?

Try using the Moulding Toolpath.
The problem is going to be the pins at each end, there's an undercut on one side, the other can be cut but would require some hand cleanup on the shoulders.

I've cut a few backs like that and suggest doing the end tenons/tongues on a table saw before putting the board on the CNC for the arches. Secondly, do to concave side first as you'll still have two edges on the table when you flip it to cut the convex side. Holding it down will be a challenge.
