VCarve Pro Menu Vs Aspire Menu Icons

I'm watching several of the training videos from the 2015 & 2016 User Groups. In the training VCarve Pro is being used and on the Drawing tab there is a space for 2D view control.

I have Aspire 9, and I do not see the same icons. Is there a way to add them? I looked thru the help files, but could not find an answer.

With VCarve 9 and Aspire 9 a top toolbar was added and the view control icons were moved there. .
