V9 Bug (a small one)

In V9, on my Windows 10 computer, if I launch an Aspire file that has a note in it, the splash screen never shuts. It hangs open until I can click on the note and then it finishes loading. On my computer I can just barely see the note screen to be able to shut it. Easy enough fix by turning the splash screen off but it is a bit disconcerting! Enclosed is a screen shot of what it looks like until I click the button on the notes!

If you don't want to turn the splash screen off you can drag the notes window away from it and from then on it will always open in that position. It worked that way in previous versions too as far as I know, it's why I always have the splash screen turned off.
