depth problems on 2 rail sweep

I have a part requiring a simple 2 rail sweep. I have used this function before successfully, but this sweep cuts in about 1/16" deeper than it should, based on my z zero. Tool paths projected onto the surface do the same thing. I'm sure I have something set incorrectly, but I don't know what. In the part setup, z zero is set correctly. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Look at your material setup window on the tool path side and see where your model is resting in relation to the top of the material...joe
