Missed User in Email Notice?

I did not receive an email notice for the upgrade to V4.

Is there any other way to purchase the upgrade other than by being sent an email?

This is sort of strange since I have emailed back and forth with Brian and Mark previously.

I do not have vectric on an email block list.

I would contact them directly, they have been very responsive for me. The upgrade is amazing and it will be worth the wait!

Jim, I have always had good support from Vectric, no complaints here.

But since I did not receive an email, it occurs to me that something may be amiss with my email system, and we could be stuck in a quagmire for a while trying it that way. If we communicate here, then they try to send an email, then I will know something is wrong.

Make sense?

I'm in the same boat. I've been using Aspire for over 2 years, started with 3 and got the free upgrade to 3.5. Didn't receive an email for the 4 upgrade, and can't find any info on the vectric site.

Has your email address changed? Is it different than the one used to register your previous versions? If it did, they are sending it to the wrong place.

Bob, my email address has not changed in at least 6 years. So no, that should not be a problem.

I know they where sending them out in batches, I would just shoot them off a notice.

Hi Ted,

I'll have a look tomorrow to see what has happened - I assure you it is not deliberate, everyone who owns any version of Aspire should have received an email by now if we have up to date records of your email address.

I have had Aspire for a couple of years and use it often. I, too, did not receive the e-mail for the update, and I've been watching very carefully! 'cause I've been waiting for it! I e-mailed support on Friday, but as of now, haven't heard from them. I do know they've been busy - - - - -

Thanks Brian, I never thought for one moment that it was deliberate. Not after all the excellent service over the last 6 years.

Update: I received an email from Mark this AM. It seems that even though we have been communicating using my hotmail address, my original address from years ago was still in your records. Mark has updated that. Ahhh, the wonders of the internet!
