Does anyone have a cutting pattern for a 1911 .45 Auto Pistol grips or any suggestions for making some grips?

Joe,
I took a picture of my originals,(strate down on my desk and square) imported the jpeg took measurements and then messed with tracing vectors and creating two rail sweeps to get mine.

It will help you get to know Aspire better for sure!

This file is set up for a 2-rail sweep.
You can also superimpose a texture bit map on top.
Grips are bloodwood with ebony stain. Texture tool for bark-like look with a 60° V-bit.
Some hand work is required on the backs for the ambi-safety on one and up near the slide on the other. Also need to recess the back screw holes. A stepped drill works well.
BTW, M1911.org has new blueprints with dimensions.
