Registered for the user group meeting and booked the hotel. Now planning travel from the Shenandoah Valley (planes, trains or auto), pending additional activities, and pre- and post-UG meeting plans. When will the UG program be available? Will this be the forum for attendees to prep and link up? TIA. Looking forward to a great time, productive forum and some of the best Tex-Mex in the country.

Has anyone seen or received a schedule of topics and speakers for the VUGM yet? Would like to know that information so that if we have to sign up for a topic I have the time to do so.

Hi There,

I'm afraid all of our discounted rooms have now been booked up. You could try reaching out to the hotel directly with your specific dates to see if there is anything they can do when you say you're part of our event. I know some people have had some luck calling the hotel with their specific dates.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for your message. All attendees booked on to the user group meeting will receive an email to confirm all of the details, timings, vendors, guest speakers and more two weeks before the event. This email will also include your UGM ticket which we'll scan as you register at the event to please bring it with you either printed or on your phone.

Hey Bob,

You'll see Avid CNC, ShopBot, Sienci Labs, Streamline Automation and Forest Scientific as venders at the event. You'll also have the opportunity to meet with Matt from ToolsToday, Kyle from Learn your CNC, Ryan from Cutting it Close and Andy Bird from Andy Bird Builds.
