Flat depth V carve pocket

Cut 100’s of coasters and this exact file before
Now for some reason I'm getting points at my corners and on the walks of some curves where it should not even bevpulling out out of the pocket ?
Thought maybe wood, machine but its 23” long snd is making the same mistake on each coaster across the 23” span.
Stumped
The letters pocketed fine the S and the bee
The square point on the twin airplane.
And it pulled up a point on the top of the two letters also
30deg V bit .005 tip ive used SPE & AMANA TOOLS 30 degree mills both cut same few weeks ago
Flat depth .080”

Did the preview look fine?

Were you turn your dust collector on and off?

You were running multiple coasters, did they all have the "points" in the same spot?
