I have Aspire 10.515 on 2 computers, 1 on my design computer and the other on my cnc computer. Around the first part of December I noticed when I click on "Preview Selected Toolpath" for a profile cut the preview is not displaying properly. About 50% of the profile cut doesn't display. This happens on both computers which have Win 10. I don't have display problems with other programs such as DraftSight. I can load the toolpath in Mach 4 and it displays and cuts properly.
I've attached 2 files showing the problem

Verify that your video driver is up to date.
Uploading an example CRV3D file that shows the problem would allow us to see if the issue is with the file or with the computers.

Here's a case where setting the toolpath preview resolution (not modelling resolution) to a higher value might not be a good thing.
The images show a 1/32" deep profile cut. The first at "Maximum (25x)" the second at "Standard"

Preview Simulation Quality is set to "Standard", with a 0.25" EM at 0.751" deep. File runs fine on the cnc, it's just the Preview that's off.adze_cnc wrote: ↑Mon Jan 17, 2022 6:01 pmHere's a case where setting the toolpath preview resolution (not modelling resolution) to a higher value might not be a good thing.

Re: "Preview Selected Toolpath" not displaying properly
The computer that I use to make most drawings is located in my office. I transfer the completed .crv3d file over my intranet to my cnc computer. I just went into my workshop and redrew the setup on my cnc computer and the Toolpath Preview was correct. Evidently I have a file corrupted on my office Aspire.

Re: "Preview Selected Toolpath" not displaying properly
More than likely it's the difference in toolpath simulation quality. You said that on one computer it's set at "Standard", which is the lowest resolution possible. What is the toolpath resolution on other computer set for?

I just reloaded Aspire and that corrected the problem!
