Format Error NC008

Format Error, Hope some one could give me an Idea what might be going on. I can run old Jobs I made in aspire But any thing new i get a error code on my CNC says Format Error NC008. Could the post be corrupt. Mach is a Techno HDS 48x96 .

A PDF at the Techno site: http://support.technocnc.com/pdf/HDS_Os ... _GUIDE.pdf on page 517 lists causes for NC008 errors. The one that seems closest is "Feed Rate (F) = 0 or negative". Is the feed rate zero? One could look at the gcode for F0 or F-
