Component problem

Post by tezzadavis »

Can anybody help?
Having problems with a component .
Import a Bitmap, convert to component etc,
Click on the component properties and use the very first button so the component is up rather than inset.
When I click on roughing (Material Boundary Set) and start it going it will only rough out the component and not the rest of the timper.
The same happens with the finish button.
If I go back into component properties and reverse so its cutting down it works fine but not what I want.

Sorted it but in Photoshop rather than Aspire, simply Invert the colours (colors)

You can do that in Aspire with the Invert option in the Picture Editor before you convert to a component.

Some of the modeling experts will tell you that it helps if you can upload the file to the forum, if you can't do that for copyright reasons then a couple of screenshots showing the problem your having may help them
