Hi. I want to create a radius bigger then the radius of a ball nose drill.
Let 's say i use a ball nose drill with radius 5mm, diameter 10mm.
I want to make a rectangle hole of 50 x 50 x 30 mm (L x W x Depth)
In the corners i want to create a radius of 10mm, only in the corners.
The lines between them can have the original drill radius of 5.
In my 2D drawing program (CorelDraw) i can easily roud of corners.
Hope this is also possible in 3D vCarve
Hope i made myself clear.

If you look at the rectangle tool you will see there is an option for both external & internal radiused corners as well as square corners, that's if I have read your post correctly

Just for the sake of clarity:
Do you only want to have the vertical corners to have a 10 mil radius or all corners ? In the latter case, you need to do more than was suggested so far. A screenprint of your design might be useful.
