Homeg CNC - Post

Post by blackte »

Does anyone have a post for a Homeg CNC that they would be willing to share?

Homeg? or Homag?

If Homag then type it into the "Search…” box above and you’ll find plenty of hit or miss posts about getting it to work. Apparently it aso goes by “Weeke (Homag)” depeding on what the machine model is.

So, I have done a search and have found a PDF document, but it does not state anything about Woodwop version 7.0. We attempted to use the Homag post, but it did not go well. It started, grabbed the correct tool, then released the tool and broke the tool. Is anyone using Woodwop 7.0 that would be willing to share their experiences? TIA.

Did you follow the instructions in the PostP located PDF exactly?

I can remember conversations about this in the past and the users weren't following every step. There might have been some major changes between v5 and v7 which stop it working but I would be surprised.

I'm working remotely with a guy on his machine, so we are attempting to work through the steps, but not really sure since I can not see his machine. I will report back on the progress.
