Automatic “clean” tool path added

Does VCarve Pro Makerspace 11ish automatically create an additional tool path when calculating? This happened during Roughing and Finish tool paths calculations. In other words an additional tool path auto titled (clean) was added below each of my roughing tool path and Finish tool path. Why?

Was it titled "(Clean)" or "(Clear)". The autotitle appending Clear indicates that you have chosen a clearing tool for the toolpaths.

I sit corrected. Yes it reads “Clear” not clean.

I choose a 1/4 end Mill for the roughing and 1/8 ball nose for the finish followed by a 1/4 end mill again for Profile cut. See attached please. Also do I save and run all 6 listed tool paths for the project?

If you Double Click on Your First Clear ToolPath this type of menu appears --- Evidently you must have more than one tool in the box outlined in RED ! The more tools you have here the more Toolpaths the software creates!!!

If you do not want the other two tools REMOVE them so it looks similar to the image above.

Great!!! Glad to see your making progress!!!

Just remember anytime you make changes to any of the Toolpaths it is imperative that you Re- Calculate the toolpath again so that the NEW changes take effect!!!
