Allowance Offset Problem

Sometimes too many images are can cause one to gloss over things.

The difference between what the aluminium tongue measures and what it should be is a whopping 0.0270 (or 0.0135 on each side of the cut which is suspiciously close the 0.015 offset mentioned for the first 1/8" bit pass).

Adrian, I’ve had a few pints since I ran the job, but yes I’m sure I ran all of the paths. I’m just showing you the final, non offset path as I thought it to be the most relevant to my concern.
