I'm with you on this one. 11.5 is a great upgrade and 99% of the "bugs" that have reported are by the users hand and lack of understanding.

Since upgrading to V-Carve 11.5 the project review is so blurry its really awful
Is there a way to step back to the previous version so i can review correct images, or are there setting i need to adjust

11.5 is a separate install from 11.0. Unless you removed 11.0 it is still on your system.Is there a way to step back to the previous version so i can review correct images, or are there setting i need to adjust

Having problems today, lost several hours trying to get to the bottom of it , everything was fine until I downloaded the latest patch for 11.5. everything works until I go to great a tool path and it just freezes as it start to calculate it. Reinstalled everything, downloaded back up tool database, it is the same problem with a new project and with a saved project, software running on the office PC as it is warmer in there for creating projects, these are transferred to the workshop PC ( which is much older) for use on the CNC - that one works fine, has not had the patch installed. So unsure of what I can do next any ideas much appreciated.

It might be a graphics card issue. Go to the Options (edit menu) and say Yes to "Use Software Renderer"

I just downloaded version 11.5 and when I try to run the patch it runs and runs and runs till I cancel, then it says can't find an earlier version of Vectric. I have v11.0 licensed and know it works as I use it. Any Ideas. Don't want to have to install another version of 11.0 as installing and deleting in windows makes it unstable and causes problems.

If the 11.5 thing you are trying to install is actually called a "patch" then it is to update a v11.501 or 11.502, etc. to the latest 11.5 version (11.503 at the time of typing this message).
You should have a access in your customer portal to the full 11.5 installation.

Having some difficulties upgrading to 11.5. Not sure what the problem is, I've downloaded the installer from my account on the V&Co portal. When I launch the installer it spends a long time searching for something, presumably my V11 install which is located in the traditional spot on C:. It seems to search every drive on my computer for something. Current version is 11.016.
Then I get this dialogue box.
I'd rather not have to uninstall and reinstall v11 as I assume I will have to set everything up for machine again. I also heard someone complaining that they lost their tool database. Mine is backed up online but I definitely don't want to lose this as I spent a long time getting it setup to my liking.
Please help!

The 2nd image shows a "patch" to v11.503. I suspect that file is meant to patch v11.500, .501, or .502 to 11.503 rather than be an upgrade from 11.0xx to 11.503. You might double-check the available downloads on the portal.

That makes sense. I’ve been clicking the link to 11.503 in top right corner of Vcarve 11.016 and downloading that. Guessing that there must be an 11.5 full version I need to get first.

Hello, I am having a hard time finding the MakerSpace Client Edition license entry box. It used to be in the Help - About section. Any news if this was moved or dropped off?

You would probably be better off contacting Vectric support directly about something like this, I know there are some on the forum who use the macherspace edition but they may not see this post

I did all that you suggested with the upgrade to 11.504 but ran into a snag. Maybe someone on this forum can help. After the download and the install, I got the following message: "Software Not Found", followed by "An earlier version of VCarve Pro V11 could not be located on your system". Which is odd because I was working in Ver 11.013 when I received the message to do the upgrade.
Any help would be appreciated,
