design&Make project problem

design&Make project problem
hi I bought a project on Design & Make, maybe I made a mistake, and I took the files in STL instead of V3M. V carve desktop does not let me upload the files separately because they are not V3M. does anyone know if they can convert? thank you

I'm sure that an email to them explaining your situation tht they would allow you to download in the V3M format

When you buy a file from D&M you automatically get them in all the different versions. You just need to go to https://store.designandmake.com/account log in to your account and click Download on the item you want. You will get the choice of which format to download in from there.
