Saving files

Post by Jan.vanderlinden »

Is there a way to save a file in an earlier version of Vectric?
I have V11 and would like to save it in V10 so my friend can read it in.

There is no way of saving an older version file with a newer version.

You would need to export the vectors using the export option on the File menu and any models as STL files instead.

no down-saving has ever been possible

You could, possibly, export vectors to dwg, etc. and save toolpath template then re-import in lower version. It might work but I’ve not tried.
