3-D Clipart Question - Dome to Dish

I got a dome out of the 3-D Clipart. I don't want a dome I want a dish. How do I flip it over to make a dish instead of a dome?

If combine mode "add" creates a convex object (dome) I'd expect "subtract" to create a concave object (dish).

or to add to Adze_cnc reply, in the model properties, select the model and then hit the component properties and at the top "combine with other components", select the one that is showing the U upright, or the opposite of what is defaulted as in my attached screen shot.
