Hi all,
Is it possible to change the colour of the 'Construction Lines' ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Construction lines
If you put different lines on different layers you can assign different colors that way

Thanks Pete
I've got my construction lines on a different layer ( and a separate layer for the dimensions ) .............. I didn't see an option for line colours.
Is it in the 'Options' tab?

Re: Construction lines
Just click on the little color box another color box of various colors will appear. This little color box on each layer changes the color of the vectors assigned to that particular layer.

Good God .................... How did I miss that!
Thank you so much sir
I hadn't even seen those tabs on the far left!
Or even those little black squares with the drop-down option next to the light bulb!

WOW ............... 6 years! no wonder you're a 'Vectric Wizard'
I'm still learning and discovering things as I go along, one of the things that I found slightly annoying was when I draw-out a circle, it doesn't show the centre point of the circle!? A tiny dot in the middle would of been nice.
But having said that, I do understand that it's not a CAD package, and what you're actually doing is drawing a vector, a single closed loop as it were.
Either that side of the program is broken, or I'm not bright enough to make it work.

If you select your circle by left clicking on it then you will get a square in the centre of the circle as well as the handles around the outsideT4 Concepts wrote: ↑Wed Aug 04, 2021 5:25 amWOW ............... 6 years! no wonder you're a 'Vectric Wizard'

Re: Construction lines
Just for info the rankings given on peoples profiles have absolutely nothing to do with how good they are with the software or how good they are at any other part of the process such as CNC or finishing
It is based solely on how many posts a person has made so someone may have posted a lot of replies in the gallery saying they liked someone elses work, asked a lot of questions but learnt nothing from the replies & so they may have a high ranking but doesn't mean they are knowlegeable
Not the best system in the world, I much prefere the type where people tick a box if a post has helped them. Having said that this is one of the best forums I have ever come across
