Hello,
So I am trying to change the selected bit in my 2d Profile Toolpath.
When I choose a different bit it won't let me select it.
Even when I start a new file and go to change the selected bit, it still won't let me change what is already selected.
Stumped. Never did this before.

What version of the software are you running & if you have upgraded to V11 have you set up the tool database & the machine correctly, do you have speed & feed settings for the bit you wish to change to?

Version 11
I believe all tool data was carried over.
Newly created file in V11

I just looked at my tool database. Speeds and feeds not shown. What the heck. I have to re-enter every bit after update? What a pia.

You may not have to do this. It threw me the first time, too...was about to panic that I'd lost all of them. Check all the materials for all the machines. It's possible the tool definitions are hiding in one of them. Then you would just rename the machine/material to what you really want it to be.
