new computer
down loaded vcarve pro 10.5 that i have license for and it will not run on my new computer any ideas ? i was using windows 10 and i am still using it on my new computer

Are you running an antivirus software? Some will block Vectric software.
Are you getting any error message?

Turn your virus checker off for the install. Especially if you are using Malwarebytes. When I install Vectric software with it enabled it just stops with no message at all.

Same issue with F-Secure Security, I had to email Vectric to get the workaround...

If you have downloaded from your portal account & can't get it to instal then you might be best contacting Vectric support directly, it may be an anti virus program blocking the instal as others have said but support should be able to sort things out for you

"It will not run". It being:
- the downloaded setup file from the Vectric Customer Portal?
- VCarve itself after you have run the setup installation process?
