why do I get this message
Trying to install 10.514 and all I get is this message.

This happened to me and I went to the program updates area (below) and downloaded the appropriate update manually.

That's interesting.
I go there and it only shows .513 as being available.
My screen shows an update of .514

One thing to always do is to close VCarve once you've started the update program.
