When selecting the color from "more colors" and assigning this color to the toolpath..... it would be handy if the color selected was remembered in the displayed pallet for the next toolpath.
Or is there a way to remember a custom color already?

Ron, I believe the bottom row of colors in the color pallet are saved colors that have been used. You can click on one of those to get one of the custom colors that you have used.
