My daughter also asked me to make a jewelry box for my 8 year old granddaughter. The Paradise box seemed to be a good fit. And of course I can't make one and not also make one for the 5 year old. I changed the size, the v carved patterns, the wood, and hinges. Other than that it's an exact copy. The tray was my own design and only later did I see that someone had already designed one very much like it. I like how it came together quickly and looks great. Thanks folks for all the variations on a theme.
