I don't know whether this is a VCarve problem or Carbide Motion problem, but it just cost me a nice piece of mahogany. I mean, it was smooth as glass...
Just getting into the job at line 711 of 25000 and CM bails and says:
"GRBL Error: The motion command has an invalid target. G2, G3, and G38.2 generates this error, if the arc is impossible to generate or if the probe target is the current position."
I cancelled and ran it again and got the same error. I'm using VCarve Pro 10.506 and CM Build 513, and the Shapeoko inch post processor. I've attached the gcode file and I'll be happy to share the VCarve file if it'll help.
Thanks so much.

Install the 10.507 patch and then resave your gcode. that should fix it

Fantastic! Thanks! Additional lesson is that it pays to not mess with your stock or your zeros while trying to figure it out. I restarted the job with and the mahogany wasn't wasted. Thanks again.

Re: "The motion command has an invalid target"
I just received this same error - "GRBL Error: The motion command has an invalid target. G2, G3, and G38.2 generates this error, if the arc is impossible to generate or if the probe target is the current position."
I am running Vectric Vcarve pro 10.514 Build 7239 on a Shapeoko XXL.
Are there any fixes for me? I would much appreciate it.
