DWG files are often a bit tricky. Best to export in DXF, EPS, SVG etc.

Also a DWG won't import at model level only at vector level as it's not an option for 3D import.

Use the Vector Validator tool

It is the tool that looks like a checkmark in the Edit Objects section

DWG not opening at all, the skp has the missing parts, when running the validator tool it came back with the following:
66 overlaps
934 intersctions
it is why i have this missing parts of the vector? and how to correct this.
Thank you.

If it was me working the vector corrections I would fix lower right, then cut down center of design, delete left side vectors, then mirror right side and connect both sides together

Just my thoughts/opinions!

Looks like the upper-right quadrant is good. You could cut everything else away, then mirror/copy that one to the other three quadrants, connect them and then create Toolpaths etc

I am just going to chime in here. . . . .

Used to see this when I would create designs in Corel that I mirrored, rotated, etc in Corel. Very frustrating and I never did figure out the why of it. One part would be fine, the rest would start heading south and get all fouled up.

If'n it was me I would do like Michael suggested.

I would probably contact the customer & let them know that the artwork they supplied was not suitable for carving, I could correct it but there would be an artwork charge of xx
I've fixed stuff in the past only for a customer to continually send stuff that had to be sorted, when you do finally tell them you are going to charge for alterations they get all huffy because you have never charged them in the past

Thank you very much for every professional helped and take the time to reply, it is greatly appreciated.
it came out really good so far on the screen.
since my shop and my business is only cabinet shop, and carving this patterns is another line of business i still navigate.
giving the fact that me shop is in California state, what is the going rate per Sq Ft we should charge. it is 3/4 MDF material and the sheet is only 32$, but the design time and cnc time and cleanup after the machining has to cost some money.
any idea about the cost?
Thank you in advance
