Trying to open pdf in desktop 10
I'm running wondows 10 and i get an error saying vcare 10 won't run on this computer. Any idea why this is?

What is the exact error message you're getting?
VCarve runs fine on Windows 10.

As Adrian has said what exactly does the error message say, a screenshot of it might help, what are you trying to do & how?
Are you trying to open Vcarve by clicking on the PDF file? Have you tried opening vcarve, setting up a new page & then importing the PDF file?
