I've got a .125" deep pocket that I'm using to align different piece parts that will be raised above the base material. My raised pieces have sharp corners and my finishing bit on the pocket is 0.125" diameter, meaning that I have an 0.063" radius in the pocket for each sharp corner of the raised material.
Is there a way in VCarve to automatically change all my sharp corners on the raised material to a given radius to get it to fit into my pocket?
We're new to VCarve, I'm guessing that the experts out there have a good solution for this!

Re: Recessed Pocket & Raised Material
Two ways:
1. Use the Inlay toolpath to cut both pieces.
2. Offset inwards (delete original), then offset outwards by the radius of the cutter. Do not have "Create sharp offset corners" box checked. This is the method that was used before VCarve had an inlay toolpath.
