Making Circles Help

I've a project cutting 50 circles in board. I use the circle in vcarve pro .

The circles are between .4 and .98 inches.

I've used pockets and profiles (outside the line, one the line, and inside the line).

The cut depth is .2 inches. using .125 and .25 router bits.

Feed rates tried between 25 and 100 and plunge between 5 and 30
