End Grain Cutting Board Inlay Question
I made a Jatoba end grain cutting board and I am going to inlay it with a end grain inlay of hard maple. I am going to do about .25 inch inlay and I am trying to make sure I don't get chip out because of the end grain. Am I being to conservative with my toolpaths for these inlays. I have attached the toolpath.

Re: End Grain Cutting Board Inlay Question
What is the question?
I am thinking a .25 of end grain is going to be pretty darn delicate. Videos I have seen on line show folks using much thicker slices, not sure if that is necessary though.
