corners

I waited for the update for version 10, but I'm still having problems when trying to change the radiused on external and internal when making squares. No matter what I do the corners remain square. Also can't seem to get the tools to merge? It was suggested that the file may be corrupt? Anyone else have this issue?

Not sure about what you mean by "can't seem to get the tools to merge". Open a new file and see if it works there.

Can you attach the file you're having problems with? I very much doubt it's a corrupted file.

How are you doing the radiuses and what do you mean by merging tools? Do you mean merging toolpaths?

Not sure what you expected the difference to be between 9.5 & 10. You should have just asked straight away if your having problems

As Adrian has said attatching the file will help, there is more than one way to round the corners on a square, have you tried different methods?

Are you talking about saving multiple toolpaths in one file?

Pictures or better yet the file you're having problems with helps a lot.... Other wise everyone spends a lot of time guessing...
