Adding magnets to pockets.

I created this box without magnets.
Now is need to add magnets in two corners of each side.
I see two problems.
1. I need to group the small rectangle to the pocket. This will allow the area for the magnetic to be included when the top pocket is cut. As an example, I have added the magnet area to the 2d display. I have not grouped anything yet.
2. But, after cutting the top pocket to its desired depth, I need to cut only the area for the magnetic down another .125 so the box parts will fit.

Any ideas?

If I have interpreted your description correctly you just need start a new pocket and enter a value in the start depth dialogue box. It's for cutting a pocket in a pocket. Use the mouse coordinates at the lower right of the screen to determine the start depth. In your case I think it's .125".
