change overcut depth?

Once I have imported an .stl into a vCarve Pro project, is there any way to change the overcut distance? I can see how to change most settings, but this question, much as the positioning of the 3D object's orientation within the stock, does not seem to be available for adjustment once imported. Am I missing something obvious? Mark
