running vcarve on a Gerber Profile.

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and have been considering picking up Artcam software. I'd like to know if anyone out there has been running the Vectric software on a Gerber Profile? The price is so enticing, but I need to know if it's going to be problematic using it with the Gerber. Many Thanks!

Hello kahala,

The Gerber CNC controller is a 'proprietary closed system' that cannot be
driven using the Vectric software. Sorry we can't be more helpful and
good luck with the router.
