Rounded Inside AND Outside Corners
I'm having brain loss. How do I get rounded inside corners on a square? I drew the square and selected Outside Radius since you can't select both Inside and Outside. I'm trying a profile toolpath ON the line with a core bit. It seems both inside and outside corners would be rounded no matter. Do I need to draw a second square with Inside Radius corners too? Feeling stupid, once again.

Use the radius option when drawing the square or filet the corners.

I used the radius option when drawing it. That's ^^^ (my first post) what I ended up with. But the filet tool worked. Thanks!!

Re: Rounded Inside AND Outside Corners
I believe the effect you're seeing is because the fillet radius you entered during the rectangle creation matches the radius of your core bit. If your rectangle rounds were larger than the cutting bit radius, then the inside corners would have a rounds on them as well.

Van, you are correct. It was a 0.5" bit and the radius I entered for the rectangle was 0.25". Thank you!!
