Since some people are asking for it and after some thought, I'm going to expand the design to add a couple offsets.

I’m going to offer the following models:
1.5mm offset, 1/4" shank (new)
3.0mm offset, 1/4" or 3/8” shank (current)
4.5mm offset, 3/8” shank (new)

I’m going to reschedule some stuff and try to have these ready by the first week of January. Send me an email (info@cosmos-industrial.com) if you're interested and I'll throw in a Holiday coupon code for a discount.

How did you stop the motor rotation with with Vectric or Aspire? I don't see that anywhere to stop the spindle? Thx!

website says that this item has been discontinued?

but no replacement part is available on the website.

what went wrong with it? ....I've been thinking about investing in a drag knife for a little while.

does anyone have any recommendations please?

Usually you would need to edit a custom post processor to remove any instructions in the header of the post processor
that start the spindle.

Cheers,

Mark.

I discontinued the product as I got busy with other stuff and it's fairly difficult to make. There should be a couple other options out there. Thanks

Yes, it is the same as the blade offset. I'm working on bringing these back online. I will update when they are back in stock. Thanks

Back in stock after 2.5 years!

The new model features a 7075 AL body (previously 6061). This is good for durability and thread strength. It is gray anodized as well.

Three models to choose from.
