Help with urn box top

Looking for a 3D image, basically a simple curve profile for an urn box top for my recently passed father. The top will be 10" x 8", start out with a 2" thick lid which crowns in the center, tapers down to around 1/2" @ the ends. I found the domes in the included clipart, but nothing rectangular, only round. Nothing in the Vectric site models either. Any suggestions?

Ok. It loads but when it gets to 100% it disappears. What am I doing wrong? Pic works but not the crv3d or the zip...
