I see you're from Mackinac City, Michigan...
I was a "Yooper" for 4 years. I moved from Sault Ste. Marie, MI two years ago. The Coast Guard had me stationed there before they moved me here to Maine. I enjoyed it - but DANG northern Michigan is COLD.
120" annual snowfall - and it didn't melt between storms either because it never got over freezing. Temps 30 below - moisture in your nose and eyes would freeze instantly when you went outside.
You folks are a hardy bunch.

I don't have anything other than what's on http://www.uscg.mil/top/graphics/ranks.asp
The graphics of the rating badges stink though. Same graphics that have been around for 20+ years - and I don't know where any updated stuff is.
Small examples of the various rate symbols can be found in the Uniform Distribution Centers Catalog available from http://www.uscg.mil/hq/g-w/g-wp/udc/UDC_Links.html
You might also sniff around http://www.fredsplace.org/ to see if you can find anything there...if you do please let me know.

I'm not snowed in here in Maine as it's not NEARLY as bad as in Michigan...
I have missed a few days from work lately due to being sick - and I get bored, and the next thing you know I'm converting and uploading files.
If I was well enough I'd be kayaking or working on the sailboat I'm building...

How 'bout these guys?
Pic was taken while I was HANDFEEDING them some sunflower seed.
The bear is a little guy. He robbed my bird feeders on a regular basis until I started bringing them in at night. He makes his rounds each evening - and my deck (off the 2nd floor) is the last stop before he goes back into the woods. He's never caused any trouble and is not agressive - but of couse no one's going to rub his belly or pat his head any time soon
