Hi guys, I am trying to do a simple inner and outer chamfer. The kinda you will use on shaker doors for instance, where you climb up in the cornes to have that sharp corner.
I was able to get something going with the chamfer operation, however maybe this is not the best approach.
What I am looking to do now is to change the entry point and potentialy how it leads into it. I'd prefer to start in the middle of the longest side and come in with a 1 degree leading plus a ramp.
I've tried to change the entry point on NODE mode, but that doesn't seem to do anything. And I couldn't find any options relating to lead-in or ramping for the operation.
TIA

Using the Chamfer toolpath? If it's a simple v-bit tool you're using you would be better off with the Profile toolpath as that will give you the control you want.
You might want to look into doubling the vectors and using the v-carve toolpath to vary the corners.
