I often need thin black lines, so I cut grooves and fill them in with various wood fillers.
I've tried Ebony Goodfilla, which looks great, but it and others bleed into the grooves of grain of the wood, outside of the line.
Is there something that won't get into the grain, or is there a filler I can use that can be dissolved with some sort of solvent, to clean it up outside of the lines.
I sand if off now, but it goes down pretty deep
Black line filler?

Re: Black line filler?
Have you tried sealing the grove first to prevent the bleeding? Sanding sealer usually works for me.

Yes, some kind of sealer helps with the bleeding.
