I've got a piece of timber 320mmx200mm I want to flatten with a 1+1/8" Amana 45525 surfacing bit, so have over-wrapped the pocket on the Y axis, shown below:
When I preview the toolpath, it looks like this:
But when I run the toolpath, it doesn't cut to the edge, even though I've extended the pocket.
Can someone tell my why, please?
File and toolpath (appended as a txt file) attached...
I'm a bit confused with this toolpath...

Your vector (310x220) is smaller than the area (320x200) you're trying to cut. The vector needs to be the diameter of the tool plus the material size at a minimum.
Make the vector the correct size and then adjust the options from there to get what you want. If you run the preview you can clearly see the material it is leaving.

Adrian is partially correct. Your X-length (310mm) is less than your object (320mm). But your Y-width (220) is larger than your object (200mm). The problem is that the 20mm extra it is not enough larger.
Your cutter has a diameter of 28.575mm (let's call it 30mm for nice round measurements). You'd need to make the rectangle at least 350mm x 230mm to ensure full coverage by that bit (OK, 348.575mm x 228.575mm but let's quibble over a millimetre or so)).
