I purchased cut2d desktop for £110.
Vcarve desktop costs £275.
Upgrade tells me the difference I must pay is £198.00.
I seem to remember reading when I initially purchased the software that if I wanted to upgrade in future all I would need to do is pay the difference. In this case, the difference is £165.
Why must I pay £198.00?

£165 + 20% is £198 so I guess wherever you live there are local sales taxes of 20%?
