I am using Solidworks PCB, How to import file in CUT2D & create G-Code for PCB milling on wegster CNC.

The only two formats I can see that program uses that Cut2D supports is DXF and DWG. You would need to export your PCB file in one of those formats and then import into Cut2D using the options on the File menu with a new job loaded. You can then toolpath as normal with those imported vectors.

Thanks for reply.
I have tried to export DXF from solidworks and same file I have done import in CUT2D but at the PCB track it is shoeing line, instead of track.

How the track is output in the file is down to the PCB program not Cut2D. It just sees a vector line and draws it.

On the export screen you might look for a setting such as:
- export traces as lines
- export entities as line width zero (or some other small number)
