As indicated in a previous post, I need to be able to be constantly making paint allowances on close tolerance parts.
Would "spoofing" the tool table be another way of doing it? In other words, if my outside profile needed to be cut .010 undersize (overall) I would use a .125 cutter but lie in the tool table and call it a .120 diameter.
Another way to do offsets?

You could do and wouldn't run into any issues with a size difference that small but why not use the Allowance Offset in the toolpaths? Less error prone I would have thought and less hassle to recalculate especially if you used a document variable.
